Legal notice, privacy & cookies

1. Legal notice

This website (seo-ai.thedigitalhacks.co) is operated by The Digital Hacks ("thedigitalhacks", "we", "us").

  • Company registration number: 11894304
  • VAT number: 319439092
  • Website: thedigitalhacks.com
  • Email: hello@thedigitalhacks.com

2. Copyright and intellectual property

© 2026 The Digital Hacks. All rights reserved. The text, design, code and animations on this website are owned by The Digital Hacks or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.

Trademarks. Google, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Bing, Claude, Anthropic, Ahrefs, Semrush and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to identify the search and AI platforms we optimise for; thedigitalhacks is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated otherwise. Being cited or ranked by these platforms is never guaranteed, because their results are decided by their own systems.

Examples, statistics and results. AI answers and dashboards shown on this website are illustrations. The AI visibility score is an indicative self-assessment based on your answers, not an audit. Cost comparisons are models based on the published sources named next to them. Client results are anonymised and shown by industry only; they are indicative and not a guarantee of future results. Third-party statistics are quoted with their source.

3. Prices and information

Prices shown are in US dollars per month, exclusive of any applicable taxes, as published at thedigitalhacks.com/packages. The first month has no contract; annual contracts receive a 10% discount. Third-party costs that are specific to your project (for example paid placements or tools only you need) are agreed in writing first. Nothing on this website is a binding offer: scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal. We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but provide it without warranty and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Privacy policy

Who is responsible. The Digital Hacks is the controller of any personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at hello@thedigitalhacks.com.

What this website collects. Apart from the onboarding brief described below, this website has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising pixels or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, so browsing the page does not send your data to third parties such as Google or Meta.

Hosting and server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel's servers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). Vercel may process this data in the United States under appropriate safeguards; see Vercel's privacy policy.

If you contact us or book a call. Booking links take you to thedigitalhacks.com, which has its own privacy policy. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and, if you become a client, to prepare and deliver our services. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations.

SEO brief. When you press Send, the brief form on the NextGen SEO page delivers your answers by email to hello@thedigitalhacks.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service that processes them only to deliver the message. If that fails, it opens your own email app instead. This website does not store them. The AI visibility score runs entirely in your browser and is not sent anywhere. We use the details you send us (contact details, website, markets and goals) only to prepare your free audit and proposal and to talk to you about them (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b), and your consent). If you don't become a client, we delete them within 12 months.

Your rights. Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country. To exercise your rights, email hello@thedigitalhacks.com; we respond within one month.

California residents (CCPA). We do not sell or share personal information. You may ask us to disclose or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thedigitalhacks.com.

Children. This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Other websites. This page links to other websites (including the sources of the statistics). Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

5. Cookie policy

This website does not use cookies, local storage or any similar technology to store or read information on your device, and it contains no tracking pixels. That is why you are not asked for cookie consent.

Your browser may keep a normal cache of the page's files (images, fonts, scripts) to load it faster next time; this contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

6. Changes

We may update this page when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
